LVII’s Annual Meeting and Election will take place on October 7th at 6:30 pm in the Main Clubhouse. If you are a homeowner who is interested in running for the Board of Directors, please forward your resume and relevant experience to [email protected].
The Open Space Committee (OSC) meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Fair Ridge Clubhouse located at 43032 Foxtrail Woods Terrace. All homeowners are welcome to attend! The OSC’s role is to assist the HOA Board with matters that pertain to LVII’s open spaces. These may include inspections of playgrounds, maintenance of wet and dry ponds, removal of trees and shrubs, maintenance of landscaped mulch beds, and the placement of dog stations. The OSC is dedicated to keeping LVII’s open spaces maintained and to preserve the natural beauty of our community. The LVII Board of Directors meets every other month on the third Monday in the Main Clubhouse at 43100 Barnstead Drive. The Buckingham Condo Board meets every month in the Evergreen Clubhouse at 23443 Logans Ridge Terrace.
