Management

The affairs of the LVE II Homeowners Association are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) directors elected from among the lot owners. The Cardinal Management Group provides the on-site staff to perform the daily management and fiscal requirements of the Association. While LVE II is the master association for all 2721 dwelling units, there are three separate condominium unit owner associations (The Buckingham with 352 units, The Ridges with 396 units and The Carlisle with 156 units) that provide governance and management support to the unit owners of their respective condominiums.

Condominium owners are member of the LVE II Homeowners Association (the master association), however, each condominium unit (The Buckingham, The Ridges, and the Carlisle) is governed by their respective Condominium Unit Owners Association’s Board of Directors and governing documents. Each Condominium Unit Association has three (3) directors elected from among the condominium unit owners. The Cardinal Management Group manages the daily operating and fiscal requirements for The Buckingham and The Carlisle Condominium Unit Owners Associations. The National Reality Partners manages the daily operating and fiscal requirements for The Ridges Unit Owners Associations.

Condominium Unit Associations are responsible for maintenance, repairs and general support for events occurring within the footprint of the condominium, but not for events occurring within the individual units. LVE II HOA supports the condominium associations for trash collection, grounds contractor, and amenities.
